Summary
A very accessible and refreshing drink, great with tonic. The fresh green cardamom really comes through and there are also lemon and pepper aromas. The pepper builds, leading to a pleasant heat on the finish. Good quality.

Botanicals: Cassia bark, ginger, sweet citrus and Australian Wattleseed.

Recommended mixer: Use with tonic or with sweeter mixers, such as yuzu or blood orange.

Recommended garnishes: Garnished can come from the “entire spice shop” from rose petals to star anise.

Summary
Subtle flavours of anise, wood, ginger and citrus are evident. When mixed with tonic the anise seems to get a boost and taste even stronger, producing a refreshing and characterful drink. Fair quality.
