Carbonated spring water, citric acid, natural flavourings, natural quinine, natural sweetener (Stevia extract).

Allergens are in bold.

Arguably the healthiest tonic range out there at the moment! They have a more subtle taste of quinine compared to other tonics, such as Schweppes, which is a good thing as this does not overpower the botanicals in delicate gins. Stevia extract is used in place of sugar, a natural alternative to man made sweeteners, such as Aspartame and Sucralose. It does have a lingering taste of sweetener, which is comparable to the taste of other sugar free tonics.

The range stands up well against other sugar free tonics, but cannot be said to be as pleasant as the sugar-filled Fever Tree tonics.

The Mediterranan tonic is a good example of the range. It has an aroma of lemon peel citrus with a subtle hint of thyme and basil. Very good quality.

Others in the range that are worth trying are the pink grapefruit, light citrus, blueberry and raspberry. I would recommend trying a selection to see which one is your favourite, as it all comes down to personal preference!

Cotswold Green No 1 alcohol free gin makes an appearance in the video too and can be found here:
